Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga w/ Thao

Energize your body, focus your mind and set the tone for the rest of your week. Classes will include meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and sequences consisting of grounding poses, strength exercises, and stretches to prepare you for the day ahead. This traditional Hatha class is great for all levels and is especially nurturing for those new to yoga.
