Core, Balance, Flexibility w/ Deb

What to expect: The goal is to strengthen the core with variations of Pilate exercises using weights and bands. Low impact, slow and controlled movements will be used to improve balance, coordination, and flexibility. Qi Gong, known for “tension/release” movements, will also be used as a way to loosen up tight joints and increase blood flow to the muscles.  Appropriate for all levels of fitness.
