Strength and Mobility w/ Adam or Makean

Strength & MobilityClasses will be held MWF 6am-9am and T/Th 1-2:30pm, stop in anytime between then. Workouts will be 45-60 minutes long and consist of mobility, activation, and strength exercises using bodyweight, machines and free weights. The goal of this class is to help maintain or gain strength and mobility for daily life and to enable you to become a more independent lifter/exerciser. Workouts are adaptable and can fit a variety of fitness levels.Strength & Mobility2
